A cracked screen is the single most common reason people walk through our door. It's also the repair people worry about most: will it look right, will the parts be genuine, will it take all day? Here's exactly what happens, step by step.

1. We test before we touch anything

Before we quote you, we check whether it's just the glass or the display panel underneath as well. This changes the price, so we tell you which one it is, with the phone still in your hand, before any work starts.

2. You get one number, not a negotiation

Genuine or high-quality compatible parts, one honest price, agreed before we open the case. No calling you halfway through with a bigger number.

3. The swap itself

Screens, batteries and connectors are checked as we go. A screen replacement is also when we notice a tired battery or a dusty port, and we'll flag it rather than quietly ignore it.

4. Testing, before you see it

Touch response across every corner, brightness, colour, and the fingerprint or Face ID sensor if your model has one built into the glass. We don't hand back a phone we haven't tested ourselves.

5. Same-day, most of the time

Most screen replacements are done the same day, often within the hour if we have your model's part in stock. If we don't, we'll tell you straight away rather than let you wait and wonder.

Cracked glass staring at you right now? Bring it in — we'll quote it on the spot.
